Workout of the Week (at the Rye Y Fitness Center)
Here is a workout for someone ready for a tough challenge.
“CAN YOU FEEL IT?!”
50 jumping jacks
45 seconds in a wall sit
40 walking lunges with 15 lb. dumbbells
35 squats no weight
30 seconds of heavy rope slams
25 kettle bell swings with 25 lb. KB
20 pushups
15 seated back rows (challenging weight)
10 burpees
5 pull ups (may be band assisted)
1 minute plank
Repeat
