Make an easy healthy breakfast or snack

Sunshine Smoothies with Holistic Health Counselor Lisa Feiner


Recipe for Sunshine Smoothies
1 ripe banana, broken into pieces
1 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. orange juice
6 oz. lemon, orange or vanilla low-fat yogurt or soy yogurt
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or blender* and process until smoothly pureed. Or place in a container and process with an immersion blender. Serve in tall glasses.
Note: If you like, process for less time which will leave some banana pieces.
*An immersion blender is great for making smoothies and clean-up is fast and easy!
